Who are the people who experience London on high? In 1000 Londoners Movie Nights: High Life you’ll meet ten diverse Londoners who have an elevated existence; whether they work in the City’s tallest buildings, rub shoulders with the super-rich, hit the high notes or use the rooftops as their playground, we’ll be taking a look at those who live the high life in London.
- Susanna: a young soprano singer who is training to hit the highest notes
- Shameer: A top floor inhabitant of the Aylesbury Housing Estate who moved to London from India with his family in search of a better life
- Ilya: A tree surgeon and circus tent rigger who has made a career out of scaling great heights
- Chris: quit his day job to become a helicopter pilot – he shares his unique perspective on flying over London daily

Much like City of Dog, our High Life screening will comprise of ten specially curated short documentaries and rare archive footage, all premiering on the big screen. The evening will also include a Q&A with filmmakers and documentary subjects.
